Requests after delivery

Damage, defects, incorrect goods, missing parts and material listing differences qualify for review when raised within 30 calendar days of delivery. The deadline applies to the request.

Review and authorization

Contact alantrabajos12345@gmail.com with the order, checkout email, reason and relevant images or video. Do not return anything before approval; the approved instructions specify the proper destination rather than assuming the mailing address accepts returns.

Outcome and timing

Assessment and stock determine exchange or replacement availability. We start an approved original-method refund within 10 calendar days, separate from the financial provider's posting delay.

Voluntary exclusions

Personal preference, an unsuitable option or size, change of mind and no-reason returns are not voluntarily covered. Non-excludable legal rights continue.
